kmredd92 : I love using dancing as a form of exercise. Not only does it shed the pounds and tone up every dimension of your body, but it's fun and comes in all variety! You can learn a new dance every week and never get bored. Plus! It's a great way to really speed up that metabolism and you will find yourself happier due to the endorphins your body will be pouring from all the increased heartrate! I would love for more to join this group with me to share our passion and continue to help keep motivating each other.
