Did this and used a band to do kind of a reverse fly on each rep as I was coming up. Don't know what this is called.
Did this with 20lb dumbbells to a bicep curl.
Started this from a squatting position and as I came to a stand I completed the row. Used a triangle and not a rope. Don't know what you might call this either. LOL!
Did first 4 sets as time for 1 minute on a machine which allowed for alternating leg pressing. Then I did 2 sets using right leg at top of floor and left at bottom then switched to left top and right bottom. last two were done as traditional leg press in wide stance.
did the ropes with an alternating left right up and down for 30 seconds and then up and down together for 30 seconds.
Could not do these from pushup position had to do them from kneeling pushup position. Unable to balance and lift weight. Core too weak.
Maintained bridge position while doing this.

Did this for 1 minute timed rather than counting reps. As many as I could do for a minute. Roughly 20 reps.
Couldn't find this exercise. Did cable row standing to squat then low row to standing and repeat.
Did this in a machine that allowed for alternating leg pressing right and left leg. Machine had a split pressing plate. Remove tie bar to do alternating. Roughly 10 per leg. Did as many as I could for 1 minute.
Exercises were broken up into two groups and had 2 minutes rest between groups.
Measured in strides. 1648 strides. Don't know actual miles.
Did this for 60 seconds at a time. So timed rather than counted sets. Roughly 30 reps.
Alternating left and right.
Could not fully pull to the bar too exhausted but did put tension on the muscles.
