Did these in the middle of my walking barbell lunges. 5 walking lunges then 10 Barbell back squats then the remaining 5 walking lunges.
Mainly poses to stretch lower back.
Mostly upper and lower back as well as glutes.
Hurt my lower back so just worked on stretching and foam rolling to help loosen it up. Our gym also has an inversion table which I used. Back felt much better after. Yes Bronnie. I know. I'm falling apart. LOL!
Me and leg press just don't get along. Lose all my strength and I think it has something to do with legs pointed up and blood flowing out of the legs causing extreme fatigue.
Couldn't do my regular workout today but wanted to do something. So I benched for a bit.
More shoulder strengthening work today. The squats and lunges were done with bands around my knee alternating sides to improve knee stability. (Band around squat rack and my leg placed through the band with outward tension against band)
Rotator cup hurting lowered weight.
Shoulder trouble lowered weight.
