


Janette Janero Stoudt is a nationally certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise instructor. Her training philosophy is to “Empower clients through information, instruction, and motivation”. This philosophy is the driving force behind her career in Fitness and Physical Education.
She seeks out effective trends in the health and fitness industry and brings them to her clients at each training session. You can trust her to stay current in the classroom as she is a licensed instructor of a variety of popular forms of fitness. She also continues her education by attending various fitness workshops and lectures across the country.
Janette is employed by Florida International University as their Group Fitness Lead for Recreation Services. She has been invited to conducted a lectures on active and healthy lifestyle and is featured in an exercise instructional video for the university student health website.
Jerry Mangine is a certified personal trainer and Professor of Exercise Science at the University of Tampa. Jerry has his Master's degree in Physical Education - Exercise Science from The College of New Jersey in Ewing, NJ.
He is the founder of the fitness iPhone application "The PT Companion" along with the website theptcompanion.com
Jerry was previously the Triple-A Strength Coach for the Major League Baseball Toronto Blue Jays. Jerry has a wide range of knowledge and experience training all types of clients; from professional athletes to those just beginning their first workout.
Lindsay has been personal training for over two years specializing in weight loss. She has been working in a gym for almost five years now teaching group exercise classes and personal training. Lindsay had been a trainer for the Biggest Loser program put on at UCF for two years and each year her team lost the most weight. She is currently working at Florida International University where she is personal training and teaching group exercise classes while pursuing a masters degree in nutrition.
Lindsay thinks everyone has the potential to reach the goals they set for themselves however, some people need a little push to get on the right track. Motivation and a good training schedule is the key to getting on track to reach your goals.
Lindsay has trained many different types of clients from teenagers to 70+ year olds. She has helped people achieve their specific goals such as weight loss, fat loss, core strength, circuit training, calorie expendature/intake, and total body training.
Marcus has been a weight loss and fitness coach for over 7 years. He loves waking up every morning knowing he can make a difference in someone’s life.
His approach to weight loss is different than many other trainers. He is a firm believer in functional training with high motivation. In the past 7 years he has trained a whole spectrum of different people. From teenagers, to 80+ year old's, from injury ridden to college athletes. No matter the person the result was the same.
