Workout Notes

I was surprised I was able to do these exercises. I feel after I have been on the treadmill for two weeks before I started this workout plan has helped me achieve today's exercises. I'm sure I could improve my positioning but for the first time, I think I did great. I will take a second look at the videos before next Wednesday.
