John O I am not actually starting it. I was just testing something out. Although I do need a new workout plan. I was going to start the Dwayne Johnson workout plan, but maybe this one instead.

Optimum Serious Mass Protein Powder

One of the first mass gainers I have tried and it was a solid choice.

First off, you absolutely cannot beat the price (I think at one point Amazon had it for like 30 bucks with their subscribe and save program). I am on my 3rd bag of the 12 lb chocolate flavor. The taste is great and mixes great with just water and a shaker cup. What is nice is that it comes with creatine (although I add a little more to it) and is loaded with all the other nutrients you need to pack on the mass.

I take a smaller portion of Serious Mass before my workout and then a larger amount right after my workout. Then throughout the day I drink just straight whey protein. Definitely a worthwhile investment.

Twinlab 100% Whey Protein Fuel

I am now on my second 5 lb tub in the chocolate surge flavor. It tastes great and has absolutely no chunks when mixing. I just use a shaker cup with water. It is very similar to Optimum Gold Standard Whey, but costs less especially if you click on the Amazon link above and buy it through their subscribe and save program (as "theraptor" mentioned).

A solid buy with a price that can't be beat.

BPI Sports 1.M.R

I tried 1MR because my friend said it was better than Jack3d....It's not! For me it wasn't even close, Jack3d is way better. I took one scoop of 1MR, which it says is like taking 3 scoops of the leading competitor, and it wasn't even as good as taking 1 1/2 scoops of Jack3d (Jack3d recommends 3 scoops as its max serving). Maybe others have seen great results with this product (probably those who haven't tried Jack3d) but I personally wouldn't buy it again unless I wasn't able to get Jack3d.

BSN N.O. -Xplode 2.0

I used to take N.O. Xplode because my brother gave me some for free. I thought it was just ok. It was way too sweet though and required a large amount powder or a large amount of water to lessen the sweetness (it was like drinking Smarties).

The energy it gave me was decent/minimal. The absolute BEST pre-workout supplement is Jack3d. Don't bother buying NO Xplode because your wasting your money. Jack3d is easier to take and gives you 1000 times more energy than NO Xplode. If your looking for second best then go ahead and buy NO Xplode, but if you want the best then buy Jack3d.

Optimum Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Powder

Again another great product from Optimum Nutrition. I feel like I am a sponsor because most of my supplements are from Optimum.

I have only tried the chocolate malt flavor and it tastes fine to me. Mixes really well with just water and a shaker cup. If you were to mix it in a blender with milk, peanut butter, and maybe a banana it would seriously taste like a regular shake (I don't bother taking all that time, so I just chug it with water and a blender bottle).

Price is great. I actually bought the huge 10 lb bag with I think 174 servings, so that has lasted me a long time. Definitely a great buy if your looking for great quality, taste, and price.

Optimum Opti-Men

Definitely can't beat the price. Optimum Nutrition is a solid company (I take their Gold Standard whey and casein powder) and this multivitamin is just another quality product that they put out. I only take one tablet a day with my fish oil supplement. I feel that your usually gets the needed vitamins if you have a standard diet, but I like to make sure I am getting everything I need (and at this cost it isn't going to break the bank). Can't go wrong with this supplement.

Superman Workout Plan

Yea I agree, it would definitely be a good idea to take a rest in the middle of the week (between #3 and #4). I usually like to take a middle of the week break in all my workouts. I guess it really depends on how your body is feeling, if your muscles are sore then it is definitely smart to allow your body to recover before trying to tear it down again (your body gets stronger when recovering, not in the gym).

All workouts can be tweaked to a persons preferences and goals (I personally almost always switch some things when following a workout). Adding in a row isn't a bad idea at all. You do hit your back though more than just with the Pull-Ups and Wide-Grip Pulldowns. Deadlifts are one of the best exercises for building bigger/stronger traps and with a lot of the chest exercises like bench press and push-ups you are also working out your back.

Optimum Gold Standard 100% Casein Protein Powder

The taste is not as great as some of Optimum's other products like their Gold Standard Whey and Serious Mass and the texture is definitely thicker. Overall though the chocolate flavor is definitely a decent taste and tastes better after using it for a little while. I also take this supplement right before bed so my body has something to digest and supply nutrients to my torn muscles.

USPlabs Jack3d

Just started taking this supplement and love it! I am starting off with smaller doses and working my way up to the full serving. The first time I took it I began to feel my skin tingle (which may scare some but I thought it was awesome). Definitely excited to keep taking this product. I also agree with Joel, NO-Xplode doesn't even come close!
