This is a basic plan for those of you who have a hard time getting to the gym 5-7 days a week. It will cover all of your bases and conditioning. It includes two sets of workouts A and B which you can alternate week to week. Also includes instructional videos for each exercise.
In addition to being the owner and creator of Warrior Soul, I've also spent much of my life studying fitness and nutrition and training.
