  2. Step 2: With your back naturally arched bend over at the hips until your torso is almost parallel to the ground. Do not change the bend in your knees.
  3. Step 3: Next, with torso bent over, raise the barbell up towards the top of your abs (this is the row part of the exercise)K. Make sure to squeeze your shoulder blades together. Pause for a second, then let weight hang down and raise torso back up to starting position.
